Simple Lebanese Hummus
Simple delicious yet healthy side dish or appetizer. Enjoy with pita bread or Crudite
Ingredients
- 2 cans of garbanzo beans save the juice from one can
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tbs Tahini sesame seed paste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except for the reserved garbanzo bean juice from one can into the processor. Pulse the food processor. Be sure to add the liquid at a slow pace. The desired consistency is similar to a thick yet smooth puree.
- Taste to ensure the flavors are balanced.
- Serve drizzled with olive oil alongside pita chips or bread, and enjoy!
