Simple Lebanese Hummus

Simple delicious yet healthy side dish or appetizer. Enjoy with pita bread or Crudite

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of garbanzo beans save the juice from one can
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbs Tahini sesame seed paste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except for the reserved garbanzo bean juice from one can into the processor. Pulse the food processor. Be sure to add the liquid at a slow pace. The desired consistency is similar to a thick yet smooth puree.
  • Taste to ensure the flavors are balanced.
  • Serve drizzled with olive oil alongside pita chips or bread, and enjoy!
