Simple Lebanese Hummus
Simple delicious yet healthy side dish or appetizer. Enjoy with pita bread or Crudite

- 2 cans of garbanzo beans save the juice from one can
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 tbs Tahini sesame seed paste
- salt to taste
Add all of the ingredients except for the reserved garbanzo bean juice from one can into the processor. Pulse the food processor. Be sure to add the liquid at a slow pace. The desired consistency is similar to a thick yet smooth puree.
Taste to ensure the flavors are balanced.
Serve drizzled with olive oil alongside pita chips or bread, and enjoy!
