Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs shrimp raw optional or pre-cooked, cut into large bite size pieces
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced finely
  • 1-2 tomatoes medium dice (about 1/2 inch)
  • 1 jalapeño diced finely
  • 1 English cucumber diced finely
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 oranges juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Tostadas or tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients prepared as directed into a large bowl.
  • For best results, chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
  • Serve with tostadas or tortilla chips.

Notes

1. Don’t place mixture on tostadas too soon before serving, as it will make them soggy.
2. For an additional creamy texture, serve with sliced avocado.
